From the South (or West)
Take I-95 North to Exit 89 (Allyn St.). Right onto Allyn St. Left at second light onto Rt. 1. Follow Rt. 1 over the drawbridge. Take immediate left at the flagpole onto Holmes St. Anthony J's will be on your right.
From the North (or East)
Take I-95 South to Exit 90 (Rt. 27). Left onto Rt. 27 South(Greenmanville Rd.). Follow Rt. 27 past Mystic Seaport. Take a right onto Holmes St. Anthony J's will be on your left as you approach downtown Mystic.
